Quick Soya Sauce à la Bolognese
Quick Soya Sauce à la Bolognese


Ingredients:

  • Wholegrain OR gluten-free spaghetti pasta, 60 g

  • Soya granules, 50 g

  • Tomato passata / canned tomatoes / fresh tomatoes, 200 g

  • Red bell pepper, 1/2

  • Onion, 1/2

  • Garlic, 1-2 cloves

  • Olives, black or green, 2 tbsp.

  • Coconut oil, 1 tbsp.

  • Herbs: dried oregano, dried basil, or any favorite herbs

  • (Nutritional yeast, for cheesy taste, optional, 1-2 tbsp.)

 

Instructions:

Pour hot water over soya granules until covered, let sit for 5-10 minutes, then drain.

Boil spaghetti according to package instructions.

Heat coconut oil in a pan, sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.

Add drained soya, tomatoes, olives, and herbs. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Toss with pasta and sprinkle nutritional yeast if desired.
