My Story
Nutrition: giving you strength
and energy boost
My own journey with IBS consisted of countless appointments with doctors and yielded fruitless results – these experiences eventually had led me to taking health into my own hands.
With the help of the right diet, supplements, herbal therapies, and physical exercises, I’ve successfully gotten my health back into control.
Through my own experience with IBS, I have learned how an imperative diet contributes to
a higher quality of life!
My motto: without health there is nothing.
I implement healthy regimens and practice mindful eating as part of nutritional psychology and have achieved great tangible results so far. You can too!
No worries, there’s more to health than eating cabbage. A gentle and sustainable change in your diet is important to me, you get to control the pace.
I have trained professionally and studied in Germany, Australia, and the USA. My core competencies include weight-loss training through mindful eating, as well as counseling
for irritable bowel syndrome.
