Beetroot Bliss Chicken Wraps
Ingredients:
(Gluten-free) Multigrain wraps, 2 (each 42 g)
Home-made beetroot hummus, 3 tbsp.
Chicken breast, 150-200 g
Coconut oil OR ghee butter, 1 tbsp.
Arugula, 1 handful
Basil leaves, 1 handful
Tip: To add more veggies to your diet, sauté one small red onion and one handful of brown mushrooms in one tablespoon of oil or butter. Season with black pepper.
Instructions:
Season the chicken breast with All-Purpose Chicken Seasoning.
In a pan, heat coconut oil or ghee butter over medium heat. Cook the seasoned chicken breast until fully cooked.
While the chicken is cooking, warm the gluten-free multigrain wraps.
Spread a generous layer of Homemade Beetroot Hummus onto each wrap.
Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into strips and place it on top of the beetroot hummus.
Add a handful of fresh arugula and basil leaves to each wrap.
Roll the wraps tightly, securing the ingredients inside.
