Dill & Smoked Salmon Wrap

Ingredients:
- Wholegrain or gluten-free wrap, 2 
- (Lactose-free) cream cheese, 2 tbsp. 
- Salad leaves (e.g. lettuce and dill), 1 handful 
- Avocado, 1/2 
- Smoked salmon, 100 g 
- Mushrooms, 2-3 medium 
- (Lemon juice) 
Instructions:
Steam or sauté thinly chopped mushrooms in a non-sticky frying pan.
Thinly slice the mushrooms. Steam or sauté them in a non-stick frying pan until tender. Spread cream cheese on wraps.
Add salad leaves, avocado, smoked salmon, and mushrooms.
Drizzle with lemon juice if desired.
Roll up and serve.
