
Ingredients:
Red rice OR red quinoa, 60 g OR potatoes, 250 g (rice, quinoa and potatoes are naturally gluten-free)
Beef filet / wild turkey, 200 g
Plain hummus, 2 tbsp.
Green beans, 1.5 cups
Dill, 2-3 tbsp.
Coconut oil, 1 tbsp.
Instructions:
Cook red rice or quinoa according to package instructions. Steam or boil green beans until tender. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp coconut oil and sear beef or turkey on both sides until cooked to your preference. Let it rest before slicing. Serve the meat with hummus, green beans, and a sprinkle of fresh dill.
