Lamb Fattoush



Lamb Fattoush

Ingredients:

  • Lean lamb steak, 150-200 g

  • Lamb seasoning

  • Wholegrain or gluten-free wrap, sliced into 1 cm strips

  • Tomato, 1 chopped

  • Cucumber, 1/4 medium, chopped

  • Red bell pepper, 1/4, seeded and chopped

  • Radishes, 2 sliced into rounds

  • Spring onion, ¼

  • (Fresh mint, chopped, 1-2 tbsp.)


Dressing

  • Lemon juice, 1 tbsp.

  • Olive oil, 1 tbsp.

  • Garlic, crushed, 1

  • Sumac, 1 tbsp.



Instructions:

Preheat a chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Coat the meat with seasoning and add the lamb steaks and cook for 3 minutes each side for medium or to your liking.

In a large bowl, mix together the vegetables. Mix together all the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad and toss to combine.

Warm up a wrap in a fat-free frying pan for one minute. Cut it into 1 cm strips.
