Ingredients:
Lean lamb steak, 150-200 g
Lamb seasoning
Wholegrain or gluten-free wrap, sliced into 1 cm strips
Tomato, 1 chopped
Cucumber, 1/4 medium, chopped
Red bell pepper, 1/4, seeded and chopped
Radishes, 2 sliced into rounds
Spring onion, ¼
(Fresh mint, chopped, 1-2 tbsp.)
Dressing
Lemon juice, 1 tbsp.
Olive oil, 1 tbsp.
Garlic, crushed, 1
Sumac, 1 tbsp.
Instructions:
Preheat a chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Coat the meat with seasoning and add the lamb steaks and cook for 3 minutes each side for medium or to your liking.
In a large bowl, mix together the vegetables. Mix together all the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad and toss to combine.
Warm up a wrap in a fat-free frying pan for one minute. Cut it into 1 cm strips.
