Cottage Cheese Bread



Ingredients:


  • Rolled oats, 2 and 1/3 cup

  • Cottage cheese, 2 cups

  • Ground flax seed, 1 tbsp.

  • Eggs: 5 medium Or 4 large

  • Ghee butter or coconut oil, 2 tbsp.

  • Baking powder, 1 tbsp.

  • Salt, 1 tbsp.


Instructions:


Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a 9 x 5-inch bread pan.

In your food processor add the oats and process until mostly fine.

Add the cottage cheese, flax seed, eggs, oil, baking powder, and salt. Process until the mixture is smooth.

Pour the mixture into your prepared loaf pan and bake for around 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.

Allow the bread to completely cool on a cooling rack before slicing.
