Ingredients:
Millet, uncooked, 120 gÂ
Onion, 1/2Â
Turmeric, a pinchÂ
Cherry tomatoes / fresh cucumber / seasonal vegetables, 1 handfulÂ
Fresh parsley, 1/2 handfulÂ
Green onions, 1/2 handfulÂ
(Mint, chopped or in seasoning), 1 tablespoonÂ
Olive oil, 2 tablespoonsÂ
Lemon juice, 2 tablespoonsÂ
Salt and pepper to tasteÂ
Seeds, 1-2 tablespoons (e.g., black cumin, black sesame, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds), toasted or groundÂ
Instructions:
Cook the millet. Sauté the finely chopped onion in a pan. Add the millet shortly after, then add turmeric, salt, and pepper. Transfer the millet to a bowl, add the vegetables, lemon juice, and olive oil. Garnish with seeds.
