Green Pea Dip
Ingredients:

Green pea, 1 can
Cashew nuts, 1/2 cup
Lemon juice, 3-4 tbsp.
Mint leaves, 1 handful
Garlic, 1-2 cloves
Olive oil, 3 tbsp.
Salt and pepper, to taste
Black sesame, for topping

Instructions:

Place cashew nuts in a bowl and cover them with water. Allow them to soak for at least 2 hours to soften.
In a food processor, combine drained green peas, soaked cashews, lemon juice, mint leaves, garlic, and olive oil.
Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If needed, you can add a bit more olive oil to reach your desired texture.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Blend again to incorporate the seasoning.
Transfer the minty green pea and cashew spread to a serving bowl.
Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top for an extra crunch and visual appeal.
