Ingredients:
Buckwheat grains, raw / uncooked, 100 g
Walnuts, 50 g, chopped
Almonds, 50 g, chopped
Pumpkin seeds, 50 g
Flaxseeds, 30 g, freshly ground
Desiccated coconut, 30 g
Ground cinnamon, 2 tsp.
Ground cardamom, 2 tsp.

Instructions:
Chop the walnuts and almonds. Grind the flaxseeds. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and transfer them into a jar. Voilà !
Optional: Soak the buckwheat grains for 30 minutes. Drain and mix with the other ingredients. Add 3 tablespoons of coconut oil and bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius, stirring halfway through.
Serve with 3 tablespoons of 10% fat Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon of superfood powder, such as chlorella, spirulina, acai, beetroot, carob, etc.
