
Ingredients:
Oats, uncooked, 4 tbsp. (oats are naturally low in gluten)
Apple, 1 (1/2 grated, 1/2 sliced)
(Lactose-free) yoghurt OR vegan Greek yogurt, 120 g
(Lactose-free) milk or plant-based milk alternative, 120 ml
Protein Powder, 30 g, unsweetened whey protein OR unsweetened vegan protein powder
Cinnamon, 1 pinch
Flaxseeds, 1 tbsp.
Instructions:
Combine the milk and protein powder. Put the grated apple, oats, yogurt and cinnamon in a large bowl, add the milk texture and mix well.
Spoon into a jar and refrigerate overnight. Serve with flaxseeds and sliced apple.
