Smoked Salmon & Dill Sunflower Spread

Ingredients:
Sunflower seeds, 150 g
Smoked salmon, 75-100 g
Dill, chopped, 1/2 bunch
Capers, 1 tbsp.
Mustard, 2 tsp.
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Soak the sunflower seeds for 5 hours or overnight, then drain.
Place the soaked sunflower seeds and lemon juice into a tall container. Blend with a hand blender until completely smooth.
Add the mustard, chopped dill, capers, and smoked salmon to the creamed seeds.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then blend for a few seconds until the salmon is finely incorporated and the spread is uniform.
