
Ingredients:
Frozen or fresh banana, 1
Espresso shot, 1 (30 ml)
Protein Powder, 30 g, unsweetened whey protein OR unsweetened vegan protein powder
(Lactose-free) milk or plant-based milk alternative, 250 ml
Cacao nibs, 1 tbsp. OR cocoa bitter powder
Flaxseeds or any favorite fiber, 1 tsp.
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients except the cacao nibs into a blender and blend until smooth. Add water, if necessary, to reach the consistency you like.
Pour into a jar or glass and sprinkle with cacao nibs for crunch.
