Ingredients:

  • Mango, 1 half

  • Lemon juice, 1 tbsp.

  • (Lactose-free) plain yoghurt OR vegan yogurt, 125 ml

  • (Lactose-free) milk OR plant-based milk, 75 ml

 

Instructions:

In a blender, combine the diced mango, lemon juice, yogurt and milk.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
