
Ingredients:
Oats, uncooked, 4 tbsp. (oats are naturally low in gluten)
Peach, 1 chopped (1/2 sliced)
(Lactose-free) yoghurt OR vegan Greek yogurt, 120 g
(Lactose-free) milk or milk alternative, 120 ml
Protein Powder, 30 g, unsweetened whey protein OR unsweetened vegan protein powder
Nutmeg, 1 pinch
Chia seeds, 1 tbsp.
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients except the chia seeds and sliced peach into a large bowl and mix well.
Spoon into a bowl. Top with sliced peach, sprinkle with chia seeds and refrigerate overnight.
