
Ingredients:
Frozen or fresh banana, 1
Frozen or fresh raspberries, 1 handful
(Lactose-free) yoghurt OR vegan Greek yogurt, 120 g
Protein Powder, 30 g, unsweetened whey protein OR unsweetened vegan protein powder
Cocoa bitter powder, 1 heaped tsp.
Cacao nibs, 1 tbsp. OR unsweetened hazelnut butter, 1 heaped tsp.
Flaked almond, 1 tbsp.
Instructions:
Put the banana, cacao powder, yoghurt, (nut butter if using), and protein powder into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and scatter the cacao nibs, flaked almonds and (frozen) raspberries across the top.
