Pretty in Pink Overnight Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
(Lactose-free) milk OR plant-based milk, 200 ml
Chia seeds, 3 tbsp.
Maple syrup OR honey, 1 tsp.
(Lactose-free) yogurt OR plant-based Greek yoghurt, 3 tbsp.
Beetroot powder, 1-2 tsp.
Fresh berries, 1/2 cup
(Lemon zest)
(Mint leaves)
Instructions:
Mix milk, chia seeds, sweetener, and beetroot powder. Stir well.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Layer chia pudding and yogurt in bowls or glasses.
Top with fresh berries, and garnish with lemon zest and mint leaves if desired.
