Ingredients:
(Plant) milk, 200 ml
Chia seeds, 3Â tbsp.Â
Maple syrup OR honey, 1 tsp.Â
Greek yogurt, 3Â tbsp.Â
Beetroot powder, 1Â 1/2Â tsp.Â
Fresh berries, 1/2Â cupÂ
(Lemon zest, mint leaves)
Instructions:
Mix plant-based milk, chia seeds, sweetener, and beetroot powder. Stir well.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Layer chia pudding and Greek yogurt in bowls or glasses.
Top with fresh berries, and garnish with lemon zest and mint leaves if desired.
