Baobab & Orange Porridge Bowl

Ingredients:
Oats, 50 g
(Lactose-free) milk OR plant-based milk, 200-400 ml
Chopped hazelnuts OR raw buckwheat, 1-2 tbsp.
(Maple syrup OR honey, 1 tbsp.)
Baobab powder, 2 tbsp.
Orange, 1/2 sliced
Add protein:
Vegan Greek yoghurt, 3 tbsp. OR
Silken tofu, 3 tbsp. OR
Vegan unsweetened protein powder, 2 tbsp.
Instructions:
Put the oats and chia in a saucepan and pour almond milk. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time.Add baobab powder and maple syrup and combine.
Add the protein of your choice.
Let the porridge cool or enjoy it warm.
Garnish with sliced orange and chopped nuts.
